PLP is seeking a highly-motivated and fast-learning Senior Software Developer to work on leading high-performance software for operating and monitoring technical document processing systems.

In this role, you will work as part of a dedicated, team-oriented company. You will be challenged to resolve complex issues dealing with high-speed technical document job processing systems including direct and network device interfaces, image data processing, job management and tracking, and more.

You will be involved with all phases of software development and will be responsible for analyzing requirements, generating functional and design specifications, implementation, testing, as well as conducting document and code reviews. Qualified candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience in full life-cycle software development in C++ on Microsoft Windows platforms and must be self-directed and have the ability to adapt. Experience in working with high-performance technical document processing systems, hands-on experience with development tools such as compiler, build system and debugger are desired. Must have excellent skills at understanding, troubleshooting, debugging and improving existing code as well as new code.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field is required.
