PLP ESTABLISHES NEW HEADQUARTERS

– New Location Accommodates Growth and Expansion–

ARLINGTON, Virginia – September 14, 2005 – PLP Digital Systems, Inc., a provider of production workflow management applications and decision support tools, today announced the move of the company's headquarters to the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. The new headquarters is located in the Northern Virginia Technology Corridor, one of the world's foremost technology centers. "This new headquarters will accommodate our company's growth and expansion," noted John Cronin, CEO. "We are now centered in a cosmopolitan area with a highly skilled workforce and a wide array of technology partners."

PLP has been headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona for sixteen years, but has been building a management team in the Washington D.C. area over the last three years. All sales, marketing, accounting and engineering will be run out of the Washington D.C. office. PLP will retain a technology and support center in Scottsdale, Arizona for its second line product support and hardware engineering. PLP's new headquarters provides easy access to PLP's domestic and international customers. The office is 10 minutes from Reagan National Airport and 40 minutes from Dulles International Airport.
