On-site Gym
Our headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio has a spacious and well-equipped gym, including cardio and strength training equipment and access to locker room and shower facilities. Many of our employees catch up on their fitness needs before or after work or during lunch.
On-site Workout Classes
To help support healthy habits for our employees, we provide subsidized on-site workout classes multiple times per week during lunch. We currently offer boot camp, yoga, and Pilates classes - all taught by trained instructors.
Basketball, Pickleball, and Volleyball
Across the street at our 651 Beta Dr. building, employees can make use of the Basketball Court (outdoors) and Pickleball Court (indoors). Get active with your coworkers by playing a pickup game of basketball, or reserve the Pickleball Court.
After work in the summers there is a sand volleyball league. The volleyball league is subsidized by PLP. Contact Human Resources for more information.
On-site Food and Drink Market
Located in our spacious cafeteria at our headquarters, this convenient market includes fresh and pre-prepared food options along with a variety of drinks and snacks, including many subsidized healthy selections.
Community Involvement
We encourage our employees to get out and help, so throughout the year we're proud to partner with many local non-profits to help make a difference in the communities we call home. A non-profit we regularly work is the American Red Cross. We also provide a company match for monetary donations made by any employee to qualified non-profit organizations.

PLP provides discounted tickets to local attractions, events, and movies, as well as discounted gym memberships, pet insurance, and cell phone plans (Verizon and AT&T), among many others.
